To all of the readers and authors of our portal, we wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
We invite you to read and savour our special holiday edition of In Principle. This week we write about new regulations that can help consumers in their dealings with Santa Claus, but we also provide a cautionary tale from the Czech Republic for anyone who tries too hard to catch Saint Nick and his reindeer in the act of landing on their rooftop. Meanwhile, the reindeer feast on some traditional holiday treats that legally can come from just a few specific villages in Poland.
We will return in the New Year, with the first edition of In Principle in 2015 scheduled for release in the second week of January. Then we will be discussing some key changes in law that will have an impact on businesses in the New Year.
