The conference will include workshops and sessions concerning financing and expansion of business, taxation, M&A, business succession, bankruptcy, outsourcing in CEE, restructuring, competition law, arbitration, and the role of professional organisations in modern civil society.

The guests of honour will include Prof. Leszek Balcerowicz, Prof. Danuta Hübner, Andrzej Klesyk and Prof. Marcin Król.

The Polish Confederation of Private Employers Lewiatan is a sponsor of the event, and Wardyński & Partners is one of the co-organisers.
